I'm Ronald T. Baisa, an IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I specialize in IT desktop support, network administration, and CCTV surveillance system installation.

My experience includes hardware and software troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, operating system installation, network configuration, and enterprise device deployment. I also have hands-on experience installing and maintaining CCTV systems, including NVRs, IP cameras, and structured cabling.

Surveillance system installation projects

  • Installed Analog and IP CCTV cameras and Video Recorders (NVR & DVR).
  • Mounted and positioned surveillance cameras, then configured camera IP addresses.
  • Routed UTP cables through PVC pipes and flexible hoses, and terminated network cables.
  • Installed PoE switches and relocated home-run cables to LAN rooms.
  • Tested camera video feeds and verified recording functionality.
  • Troubleshot connectivity issues and performed preventive maintenance and inspections.
